hi all, I'm Zowie and I've had The my fitness pal app for a while but only used it a few times. I've just decided to get a personal trainer and join the gym to help me lose weight the healthy way. the PT suggested I give this a go again more seriously. I've been getting the newsletters for a while a find a lot of the stuff in them interesting (and yummy!)

Anyway that's all I've got for now

    Welcome aboard! MFP is a really great way to train your eyes to count calories. Knowing what your are eating is half the battle.
