Just wanted to share my before and after pic for transformation Tuesday. I hope to inspire and motivate at least one person. If I do so I've accomplished what I set out to do. I'm not special, if I can do it anyone can. Just takes a little dedication, sacrifice and discipline.

Lifting 5 days a week. Throw some hiit session about 2 days a week, low intensity fasted cardio twice a week and just making smart choices with food. Staying under my calorie goal. Macros posted above.0 -
