Yep, I went from 174lbs to now 139-138lbs. I'm 5'7 1/2 or 5/8. It's a great accomplishment however I still have small lovehandles on my sides. They were huge at 174lbs but now much smaller and invisible in tops but naked you can see them. I am not interested in losing more weight except for three lbs and I know that's not going to make a difference in my lovehandles. I bought a dress with the back semi out and unfortunately I'll have to return it because you can see my little lovehandles :'( I dont have money to get liposuction

Hi @watermillion I lost about the same amount as you in about the same amount of time and have now been on maintenance almost 8 months and those love handles are about 1/2 the size now. They would probably have decreased more if I could exercise more but alas.... Do not give up yet. Your body still has some adjusting to do and it will take a while.

So the best solution is to workout more? I will have to lift more weights and increase my cardio:)

Transition to a more strength/weight lifting-based workout regime. If you are exercising with intensity and eating to maintain your body weight, you will continue to lose body fat as you start to add muscle. Even as you maintain your current weight, you will see your body measurements reduce. As for cardio, stick with the HIIT workouts like all out 10-15 second sprints (start ~3-6 sets).

You can do it, and can certainly continue to make progress.
