That time of the month

I was just wondering from the ladies, how much excess water weight do you hold onto during that time of the month. The bloating is ridiculous, and I hate it. I know that I keep a good 3 pounds of water weight during this time and it stinks! I was just wondering how others felt during that time of the month.

    Mine is about the same. I'm doing a biggest loser competition at work and it may cost me 400.00 $$$$ :'(

    About 2 - 3 pounds before, on the "day", I start to deflate and for some reason I have a lot more energy, than normal..weird I know..

    I used to be just miserable, but it is 1000% percent better (even perimenopause).. it think wiser food choices, lifting heavy and regular activity made all the difference.. oh yeah and the water drinking and electrolyte balance helps too.

    I will put on between 5-7 pounds of water weight the week before. It resolves itself by the second or third day after my period starts. I don't weight myself during "shark week" because I already feel awful, and seeing the scale go up makes me feel worse.

    2-3 pounds. Some women gain up to ten pounds. I don't let it bother me anymore...I just make sure I weigh less than I did a month ago.

    I go up 2-3 lbs over night. Bam. sucks but whatever, it goes away right after.
