This is five meals

2lb 90-10 ground beef, 6.4 ounces +315 calories five days a week
7 ounces spinich noodles dry weight, 100 calories per ounce 140 per meal
large can tomatoes diced, 35 calories x 5 servings 175
Barilla pasta sauce 80 calories per serving 400 per jar.
small can Jalopenos 10 calories per serving.
about 90 calories from onions per serving

So 760 calories per serving-- It just seems like a lot more food once the water enters the noodles is why I'm questioning myself..

Looks good. What are you questioning yourself about? Split in 5 containers and if looks like too much food then break it down to 6 or 7 servings. The calorie count seems about right. Did you put it in the recipe builder in MFP?

Not really, as he's an active adult male, and might not need an afternoon snack if it's filling enough.

Sounds like a balanced meal to me :-) I try to do the same lunch through the week but I get too bored if I eat the same meal more than 2-3 times in a week.

I ride a bike 16-18 miles everyday and hit the gym four times a week plus I'm on my feet most of the day (averaging over 20,000 steps everyday sometimes 35,000 steps). I'm trying to figure out my calories so I can eat more as I have been neting under 1000 calories somedays and don't want to do a 800 calorie shake to be in my TDEE range.

You are correct 670 calories Thank you. I did the five containers too..
