    hey!!
    My P90X story:
started like two years ago - quit at day 31.. but had amazing results already! and i tried to follow the program to a "T"!
I quit it because I just got annoyed with Tony haha.. and I got bored.

    BUT:
of course, I still have the DVDS. and although, I do not follow the actual program - i love doing my favorite dvds all the time! I decided I didn't need to do the entire program (for right now in life anyways) and it's still hard-core workouts when I do get around to them!

My favorites are Cardio X, Kenpo X, and Ab Ripper X

Go slow and be careful! Plyometrics is also AMAZING (i think its the most intense one) but the first time I did it - I got chest pains from my Heart Rate being way too high! and I had to stop in the middle of that one. But that was like a year ago - and I did the Plyometrics one like a few weeks ago - and i finished the whole dvd and felt good ! Nice calorie burns for sure!!

The Yoga X - is not relaxing yoga thats for sure! you definitely burn up a sweat!

    well, hope that helps!! :):):)

************************EDIT********** yeah, totally misread your post. blonde moment!!!
i thought you wanted to PURCHASE P90X!!!!

sorry! But an actual answer to your question - just log it as "Aerobics, High Impact" or "Circuit Training"

    :)
  • I know this is pretty rudimentary, but since each P90X workout is designed to burn 600 calories, I just put that in. Are you doing the food plan with it?

I started logging it as circuit training which was recommended by someone on mfp. Mfp gives u about 10 cal per minute but when I started using an HRM i found that the burn is only about 400 cals per work out. But then it also depends on the intensity that you do... Inbox me if you have more questions...

I use a Polar HRM (RS200) to track all my P90X routines
