Not sure what kind of macro balance you want but here's some high calorie foods I just threw together into a semblance of a meal for you
How about a salad with:
some greens - 25 calories
one small avocado - 250 calories
3tbs almonds - 160 calories
2tbs blue cheese dressing - 130 calories
2 slices french or sourdough bread drenched in 3tbsp olive oil - 300 calories
3 oz. beef brisket - 358 calories
1 cup fettucine alfredo - 300 calories
broccoli - 50 calories
1/2 cup Haagan Daz dark chocolate ice cream 260 calories
Total 1833 calories!!!

If you struggle to eat enough, you can drink to add some calories in beverages too. Smoothies, protein shakes, milk, etc.
As for meals - what kind of things do you like? If I wasn't worried about the calories, I'd go for a big burrito right about now... those can easily be 700-1000 calories. Or maybe some alfredo... pasta dishes are generally pretty high calorie for the quantity. You could also eat dessert. Generally, high fat foods will be high calorie, so if you go for those it should be easier to reach 2000. If you like avocado that's an option, or nuts and nut butters, etc.0 -

Eat more calorie dense foods...pasta, fattier cuts of meat, cheese and other full fat dairy, full fat salad dressings, nuts and nut butters, etc.0
