Im interested to see what pattern you guys follow for carb cycling?

I do:

Monday - low carb
Tuesday - high carb
Wednesday - low
Thursday - low
Friday - low
Saturday - High carb (favourite day!)
Sunday - moderate

    I'm not doing it but interested to follow the topic. I tried low-carb for two weeks and didn't like the feeling a tall.I lost most, if not all, o my 20 kgs by just moderating calorie intake, increasing protein and watching fats and carb. But it does seem to work for some so I'd be interested :) Did you actually lose significant amounts of weight doing this for a longer period of time? It seems everyone loses a lot of water weight in the first 7-10 days of low-carbing, but what happens after? Very curious! I can imagine you lose weight during the low-carb days but then eat a significant portion of it back on high-carb day, or not? Anyways, would love to hear about yours/others experience and long-term results with this!
