Lose 40 Pounds

Hi, I am looking to lose 40 pounds. I currently have a 1200 calorie limit and walk a minimum of 1 hour a day. I need to incorporate strength taining into my life. I try and eat healthy and seldom exceedcmy calorie goal (the walking helps reduce my number). I am looking for people to share the journey with.

    Me too! I'm 4lbs down and have 26 to go. It's hardest at the weekends. I don't know how I can get through them with sticking to my diet of 1200 calories a day. It's tough and I always go over. This results in a gain. How is it SO easy to gain and so difficult to lose!!?? Best of luck to you both!

    Hi to both of you. I thinksome of the meds I take contribute to my weight gain. Yesterday I had 300 calories to spare and still showed a gain of .2 :smile: good luck to all of us. Let's post to see how we're all doing.
