It's cool to reward yourself, but don't lose site of the fact that you are not done just because you hit some arbitrary weight on the scale...in fact, you've actually just arrived at the beginning of the true journey.
About 90-95% of people who lose weight gain it back because they lose site of that very simple fact...this is a life long endeavor.0 -

As others said, the fact that I did it will be plenty and it needs to last. Therefore, I will settle for a shocked doctor and great vital signs/labwork forever.0

I have lost 140 lbs lost of a 161lb weight loss journey. I am 21 lbs away from my goal weight when I will be going skydiving with my trainer.0

I don't think I'm hitting it. My body is probably going to be a work in progress for a very very long time. Lots of body composition/fitness goals-so I just reward myself with stuff all the time. I did it when I was fat too because I love life and things.0

CAKE..lol, I'm joking, although there may be cake :P now however, I have to think of an actual reward..hmm, other than a new wardrobe ofc!0
