    1. Carrot chips or cucumber slices with hummus
    2. Banana or 2 cutie tangelos
    3. Nut/cereal/grain bar or string cheese

    Jerky, Popcorn, and fruit :) Fruit and yogurt sprinkled with granola or grape nuts :) MMMm... If I'm lookin gfor a real decadent snack, and have 100+ calories to play with coffee cup cake with a dash of chocolate syrup :) Let me know if you need a recipe on that....

    If you cant (due to time) pre-package your own snacks, purchase some that are made "ready to go"
    You can buy individual snack size baby carrots, apple slices, cut up veggies, PB even comes in its own little portable containers!
    Most places carry individual sized trail mix (comes like several pks/sleeves in a box)
    I enjoy P3's and Sargento balanced breaks!
    Like other have mentioned, string cheese :smile:
