I did walk/run intervals for 26 minutes. Not sure how to log it. Thoughts?

I make my own exercise when I log that, where you can type in the info you done and the calories you burned. I find that is more accurate then "estimating" by using an exercise thats already in the database..

I log them separately since I don't have a HRM. I log how long I walked, and what pace, and how long I ran, and what pace. I feel it's pretty accurate.

I am doing c25k and i log it as walking (at whatever mph) and then jogging in place, I know it isnt accurate. It is however as close as I can get right now...

I really wish they would expand their exercise database.

Hmm maybe type in the approximate speed and time where you can calculate the calories, both for running and walking. I go based off what my treadmill tells me...I dont have a HRM either so I'm sorry I couldn't be more help ..

I have a program for my Android phone that tells me my average pace during my walk/run. I use that pace in MFP (usually 4.5 or 5.0 MPH) for the whole thing.
