OK so I need some help with lunch ideas I can take to work with me. The vending machine is gonna be my down fall. Any suggestions we be great!

    Salad? That's what I have nearly every single day for lunch.

    Basically, eat anything that fits within your calorie restrictions. That *could* be chips and candy bars (but probably shouldn't be because that would probably leave you hungry).

    Do you meal prep/plan? Start there. I make stuff/meat in the crock pot on Sunday pair it with steamed/roasted veggies and package it for lunch. Chicken breast, fish, pork roast are some meats I cook ahead of time.

    Yes chips and candy bars is what's making me fat lol. Great ideas I'll have to get to the grocery store! Thanks!

    Do not bring money to work. Vending machine was part of my problem and I stopped it by not having money on me. Now I eat grilled chicken and fruit for lunch or a salad with grilled chicken. Eat protein at every meal and you'll feel fuller longer.
