#whatever... When the stupid food scale stops working and you don't know how much that particular food weighs so you don't eat it. Instead, you rush out and buy another scale. And if it weren't dark, you'd walk to the store in order to log calories burned!

FYI, today I'm buying a new food scale.

    hee hee hee :D

Oh yeah. Hey weren't we supposed to convert 30 years ago? Why are we the only English speaking country still using the English standard method?

I doubt my dog would wear one either. :D She has to wear a metal chain collar because she chewed off all the other ones. Plus its kinda funny seeing her poof up in the rain.

    200. You mentally roll of your eyes when this happens:
" I've been eating good and going to the gym for two hours, 4 times a week but I'm just not losing any weight. What are you doing to lose weight?"
" I use a calorie counting app called MFP. Its simple to use and it takes all the guesswork out of it for you."
"Ahh, I hate calorie counting. It takes to much time."

He, he! I like this thread :) Thought someone was going to mention the starvation-mode myth or basically all myths being shot-down/blown up/detonated when they are raised by an OP in a thread. Those threads are my entertainment at work. :D
