30 day shred

hello friends
Today is day one of the Jillan Michaels 30 day shred im excited about it . I will also be doing a weight training regimen for my lower body that involves sumo squats , walking lunges , pop squats , u name it .
So my question for my fellow MF Pals is who has done this ? Was it effective and do you have before and after photos of ur 30 day shred of so please post and share ❤️
