                    OK so I need some help with lunch ideas I can take to work with me. The vending machine is gonna be my down fall. Any suggestions we be great!

            Salad? That's what I have nearly every single day for lunch.
Basically, eat anything that fits within your calorie restrictions. That *could* be chips and candy bars (but probably shouldn't be because that would probably leave you hungry).0 - 
            Do you meal prep/plan? Start there. I make stuff/meat in the crock pot on Sunday pair it with steamed/roasted veggies and package it for lunch. Chicken breast, fish, pork roast are some meats I cook ahead of time.0

            Do not bring money to work. Vending machine was part of my problem and I stopped it by not having money on me. Now I eat grilled chicken and fruit for lunch or a salad with grilled chicken. Eat protein at every meal and you'll feel fuller longer.0
