kettlebell?

ive been doing jillian michaels shred it with weights(kettlebell workout) and i was wondering what to log it under??

    If it is farily rapid with little rest between sets I would log it as circuit, general. If it is resistance training with rest, put it in as resistance weights in the cardio section)

    i was wondering this too! I hope it is added as an exercise. I thought of using the "calesthenics" (sp?) category, which is a lot of body weight exercises, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, etc. which in my opinion, are similar to the type of workout you get with kettlebells, provided you work in intervals. A trainer at my Y recommended "30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest" kettlebell intervals to get the aerobic benefits of kettlebell training.
