    - half a cup of 1% cottage cheese + 10 grapes or 10 almonds. tons of energy, low cal, high protein, this fills me up every time
    - oatmeal (better for evenings for me)
    - a few slices of ham and a small piece of bread

    a fourth I just discovered, for before workouts. 1 soft Taco Supreme from Taco Bell and a banana. amazing. (this would probably not work on a diet under 1800 cals but it is a great energy boost)

    1. Quest bars
    2. Fruit/berries, especially raspberries when they don't cost an arm and a leg
    3. Greek Yogurt with some PB2 sprinkled in :) Makes it sweet without buying the flavored ones that have a ton of sugar.

    Depends what I'm in the mood for

    Crisps/chips =walkers French fries
    Fruit =apples or satsumas
    Chocolate = 60g square of 60 % dark chocolate or a mini mars Ice cream bar
    Nibbles = wasabi peanuts
    Treat= whole earth peanut butter with sunflower and fax seeds and jam sandwiches- I need to work out hard to earn these!

    Apples
    Strawberries
    Mixed pickles/Piccalilli/Lime pickle

    With mixed pickles, I can easily eat half a jar at a sitting... but with piccalilli and lime pickle, I find that eating a few spoonfuls 'kills' my tastebuds and other cravings disappear!
