Not eating enough?

Okay so this is a weird one. Every time I log in to this site, it tells me that I am not eating enough, and I am off the daily minimum by 200 or 150 calories but I don't know why. I eat all three meals and they are actual meals and not snacks. Then on top of that I eat at least two snacks maybe more that are usually fruit or yogurt or something. I never feel hungry, and when I do, I eat something healthy. I do about half an hour of cardio a day, so not that much. Do I eat more even though I feel like I don't need it or just carry on the same because I feel fine!

Are you weighing your food? A lot of the time logging can be inaccurate because people have trouble estimating serving sizes etc
If your satisfied and meeting your nutritional requirements I wouldn't worry too much...0 -
You could eat 10 times a day and not eating enough. You could be eating foods that aren't calorie dense so getting lots of volume for low calories.... Or you could be logging wrong
How much fat do you eat per day?0 -
According to this site 13g yesterday. I dunno if that's a lot or not xD0

13 grams is pretty low, as that only adds up to 117 calories. We need fat in our diet. If you're eating fat free products, switch Chen out for regular. Add in an avocado or a bit of peanut butter.0

Okay thanks! I will0

Id be at least tripling that....
Butter/coconut oil, olive oils, avo, nuts and seeds, oily fish, fattier meats, full fat dairy.... You need them for good health!0 -
I'm vegetarian so getting in fats and protein is pretty tricky, but I'm going to try eating more nuts and quorn I think0

You can eat butter, full fat dairy, coconut products, Chia, olive oils, flax seed, heaps! Nuts are quite high in omega 6 so I wouldn't rely solely on them...
Is Quorn fatty? I thought it was more protein...0 -
I'm also the same way some days I don't eat enough to log out. But that also can make you deficient in vitamins especially vitamin D and if your low in vitamin D you can actually not be losing weight you should have your vitamin D level checked by your doctor. I had my Vitamin D level checked by my doctor and he said I was deficient in vitamin D and now that I take a D supplement I feel better and I've been losing weight.0

Chances are you aren't logging correctly. Are you using a food scale to weigh everything you consume?
What are your stats and your current calorie goal?0
