Hello all!

I am new to the community and looking to lose a few pounds and get on top of my eating and fitness habits. I have been eating healthy with occasional treats and exercising for years now, and it always worked to keep me on track. My metabolism must have been slowing over the last couple years, but because I have been pregnant or breastfeeding for the last two years, I was still able to maintain with my normal habits. Then I weaned my daughter and started piling on weight. 6 months later and I am up 15 lbs, in spite of actively trying to lose. It is discouraging, but obviously I need to start tracking because I am eating more than my body needs!

    I'm a mom too..It did kot cross my mind about stopping breastfeeding and gaining weight...I'm in trouble haha
