thoughts on fruits and veggies

I love to rum 5k races. A week before my race Iz will only eat fruit which is organic, for the whole week. Is that smart? Also, is there any way i can fit more veggies in my diet besides consuming veggies raw.

    Do you mean that you only eat fruit for the whole week OR that any fruit you eat is organic but you eat other foods too?

    I would only eat fruits the whole week, because I heard that it can detoxify your body.

    I'm not sure if you are serious; that would be a very bad idea. You would be weak and malnourished, and the only running you'll do is to the men's room.

    Ran a 5K race today and ate normal all week. If anything a big pasta dinner night before is good.
