Insanity Asylum calories burned

Hello everyone! I just started the insanity asylum program and am trying to figure out calories burned per workout. I don't have a HRM! Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!

    Having done both Asylum programs several times I can tell you its near impossible to figure it with out a monitor. I wear a HR monitor and my burns are different nearly every time. Some days I completely crush the workouts and others I move a little slower or maybe break a little more so it changes it.

    Best of luck with the program. I have completed several Beachbody programs and the Asylums are far and away my favorites of all.

    I have used a Polar FT7 for the past couple years and it has yet to fail me. I also know the FT4 is a good model and tends to be a little less $$$.

    Same here! I found a semi scientific approach of the exact amount of calories burnt with Asylum on www.thepopularman.com/insanity-calories-burned.
