CICO works great. You just need to track your food and exercise while taking it.0 -

Hate to say it, but they're right. Pills aren't the answer. You gotta do the work.

There is no pill that will do that. CICO is the best way to loose weight!0

The best supplement is a positive mental attitude towards your weight loss journey. It's not going to happen over night, it takes a lot of time and persistence.0

There are some prescription appetite suppresants that you could talk to your doctor about which could help you maintain a deficit. I've never used them so I don't know what happens when you go off them. Whether you feel more hungry or perhaps your body gets used to less calories.
But there aren't any pills that will cause you to lose weight without maintaining a calorie deficit. Only something like liposuction will do that.0 -
I take Orlistat (lower dose, OTC version is Alli), it blocks your body from processing a % of the fat that you consume, which instead just passes through your system as oil.0

What's funny about that? That's what CICO stands for. It's really a thing. And it really works.
It's pretty foolproof, actually.

That makes no sense that you found that funny.
Because I'm expecting legit supplements, just a whole bunch of truth here!

If there were legit supplements that worked long term (ie for life) do you think there'd be an obesity epidemic across much of the Western World? There are no magic pills, no quick fixes and no long term solution that involves just popping a pill every day.0
