Connecting to map my run

Hey, I'm new to this and can't seem to connect map my run app with my fitness pal, it just keeps jumping between the two apps when it tries to connect? Did this happen to anyone else? Any help would be very much appreciated

    I have the same problem with MM ride. No one seems to be replying to this fairly common problem

    I got it to connect once. But never again. I thought it was just me being stupid so I gave up. I go the same route everyday anyway.
