    I <3 him. He's an advocate of IF and yes I believe he eats one or two meals a day as part of his IF protocol.

    I often only eat one meal a day. Coffee is my breakfast, lunch is pretty easy to skip which leaves me the possibility of a big dinner and many beers.

    To be fair, this is pretty much my life from age 22-27. And I was skinny then. But then i started having sprogs and feeding a pregnant body pretty much derailed the coffee-and-club diet train.

    Based on his protocol one, two, or three meals a day are fine during the 8 hour eating window, and what he specifically recommends depends on the person and his or her specifics. So what he does doesn't seem to matter.

    Also that's old, so who knows what he does now.

    I'd email him/his site if I cared.
