35 year battle

I think part of it too is habitual. For 35 years of my life I have eaten for no good reason. I eat because the food is there, I eat because I'm at home with nothing to do bout open the fridge ect...it has taken a long time to get where I have some control over it. Even now I catch myself eating food when I'm already full.

    Set daily goals. Like, I'm going to eat breakfast and then not eat again until noon. Or today I'm going to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables. A lot of people here log their food ahead of time and try really hard to stick to it! You can do it. It feels good to succeed!
