Day of bad choices!

I stayed within my calorie goal today but I ate horribly. I had fast food for every meal. I don't label food as bad or good but yikes! I shoot for moderation! I do see this as progress that it actually bothers me. When I started I just ate within my calories but quickly learned how much further they go with better choices. Did any of you start out with just portion control and then later take a better look at what you were actually eating/health wise? Just curious:)

    I always try to fit a healthy salad and protien in but as long as im within my calories im happy, sometimes it just happens :) , if I go over I feel soooo guilty :o

    Oh sure. I really did just start out with portion control. I actually lost weight eating processed, microwave crap a lot because it was easy. I knew how many calories I'd get each time I ate.

    Don't beat yourself up, not worth it.

    I try and eat "clean," whatever the waffling definition of that is, but sometimes I'll eat a Triple Cheeseburger.

    I started off eating 99% "healthy", got super ripped and eventually wound up 15 pounds OVER My normal weight! I now shoot for moderation. If you had a day of nothing but "junk" and still managed to stay within your goals you should be happy! A day of fast food for me means completely blowing my calories-usually for the week

    Ain't no shame in that game. Loads of sodium, but meh.

    I've been paying more attention to my lack of veggies (and any day when I can fit full-fat salad dressing into my calories is a good day!), but other than that, I just eat whatever.

    I never controlled my portions ! :) I ate to be filled ! I try to eat the good nutrients so I avoid bad fat and sugar ( not easy ... ) I think this way I won't be hungry and I'll feel good :) but some days I eat 200-300 too much cals... Try my best Ihih !
