HI EVERY ONE !!! ok so im sarah im 34 ... im 15st 2lb and really need to loose weight i was a size 12 befor i got pregnant , when i got pregnant i thought im eating for two now well i havent stopped and my baby girl is five months now ......
this seems like a great site to keep me motivated in back in controll of what im eating again .....
iv got a workout dvd which worked great last time i lost weight my ideal size would be a size 12 im currently a size 22 so iv got a long way to go.....
hopefully ill get there ..... hoping i can make some freinds on here then we can help each other feel free to add me as a freind if you want to

Hi Sarah! Keeping track of what your eating does help because when you put it all down and see just what your eating it gives you a better prospective of what needs to change. Get out your workout dvd and get to working it girl. Good luck.0

Good Luck! This is a great website tool to use in tracking everything at once. I am in my third month now. Losing 1.5 to 2lbs a week. Remember to use serving sizes!!!0

Hi Sarah! This is a great site! It works really well to show you what you are really puting in your body and how much your workouts matter. Just be sure to put everything you are eating in the chart. At first I didnt want to because I was ashamed, but I was only hurting myself by not doing it. Now I can see what the numbers truely look like and it keeps me motivated rather than ashamed. THNX every one ..... i see wot you mean about putting every thing down that iv eaten 2day iv gone well over my cal intake already gotta try harder no snacks for me today .......... im def gonna get out my dvd but not looking forward to acheing the day after till i get used to it again lol ..... all worth it tho0
