Hello,

I never posted here before but I'm so pleased to be able to say that for the first time in my adult life I weigh under 11 stone!

I was 11st 4lb when I met my husband to be in 2010. I then went up to 14st 6lb (blame happiness and takeaways!). I realised I needed to lose weight in September 2011 and started with MFP.

So although it's taken a long time (slow and steady wins the race!) I have finally reached a personal goal that I've wanted to fulfill for the last 15 years as an adult. And it's only 6 weeks until I get married!
