In need of hardcore motivation :(

So this is my first login to fitness pal in many months, but i thought this would probably be the best place to find some much needed butt-kicking motivation because of how incredibly off-track i have been. See i was plateau-ing for basically about a year which was never a truly happy place for me, but it was what i had been used to for quite some time. Self-hating has been a huge problem in my life for around 6 years, but obviously i was complacent enough at the weight i was 2 or 3 months ago. at that time i had been working with a trainer (who unfortunately was not a nutrition coach by any means) so i had been bulking up some great, admirable muscle but not losing my desired weight. Anyway, i got into a community theater musical that i was thrilled to make it into, so of course i quickly accepted the role. though it turned out to be an incredible experience, the commitment was killer. rehearsals every weeknight from 6-10 for six weeks and then at least one performance daily wed-sundays for a solid month! especially in my junior year....wow that was a tough commitment! it's been academically the most challenging year of my life and to throw that musical in there was so hard...long story short, i had zero free time. well the musical ended right when my winter break began, and i continued not working out for god knows what reason. in the past month, i had to quit my training and had not gotten to the gym once..and then add horrible holiday binging in there is just a recipe for disaster!! now all my old nasty eating habits have come back and i have never gone so long without a workout schedule since i began. i am so off track and the worst part is i am lacking motivation entirely. all my clothes are tight and i want nothing more than to be skinny (of course).. i don't feel like i have far to go, maybe 15 pounds total, but i just need some driving force to get me off my butt and commit to a change in my life.. ahhhh sorry this is so long. someone please contact me, i am reallly really struggling.

So glad you came back!!:drinker: Well stick around here and keep on posting, you'll definitely find the motivation and inspiration to get back on track.
Perhaps start with simple things to work your way back.. first off...be PROUD you posted for help and that you've come back to use the tools on MFP!!:drinker:
That alone is huge....progress comes in many ways.
How about you go grab a tape measure...yup even if you don't want to...so you have a place to start and a place to look back to so you can watch the inches fall off. Doing the initial measuring 'ain't' easy but it's a good thing to do!
How about water...how ya doing on getting some water in each day? Perhaps start small goals, like thinking of the good things you're doing for yourself instead of the bad stuff... Changing our attitude can makes a HUGE difference in our journeys.
Pre-plan your meals out on here... if that seems overwhelming...start slow....plan out breakfast the night before... commit to eating healthy at breakfast each day and drinking more water. Perhaps go walking a bit each day or whatever your choice of excercise is. You can even think of it as simply taking a walk to get out the house to clear your head rather than excercise if that helps.
Just a few ideas...I'm sure you'll get other posts suggesting ideas.....
Feel free to contact me for support if you'd like... :flowerforyou:
