At least once a week either at breakfast or in a snack pudding. Because I have chia on hand.

I love them in a coconut pudding (2 tbsp chia in coconut milk over night in the fridge)

I will just throw a quick tablespoon in my mouth and eat it plain, but I eat it purely for a fiber boost not to satiate my hunger.

I measure like peanut butter because of the calorie load. I let it soak in yogurt overnight usually.

mmm nice idea have to try that one.

I add chia seeds to make pudding or over my salad etc Just 2 or 3 grams :)
Depends if i want it or not. Not to satiate my hunger ( which i am never btw).

Peanut butter is calorie dense. Chia seeds are calorie dense. I don't eat more than between a teaspoon and a tablespoon at a sitting because the calories add quickly.

No chia for me. Reminds me of the little animals growing green hair.

I dont use them as often anymore because of the calories too.. I love this chocolate chia pudding recipe though, I've had it for brekky a few times. Also chia seeds thicken up a smoothie like no tomorrow but I dont think it makes me feel much more full!

I eat them daily; either in my morning oatmeal (when I remember to soak in advance and I get up early enough to eat a proper breakfast at home) or in my smoothie. I usually only add 1 tablespoon of seeds though, and always soak them (I don't like the crunch). 1 tablespoon is 49 calories according to the ones I have, and that's worth it for me.

    I don't see any point, health-wise or taste-wise, to eating them, so I don't.

There is nothing magical about them. My favorite granola bar contains chia seeds:

I eat them pretty often at work.

I make it up to meet whatever macros I need... There's no set recipe. If it's too thick I add water...

I put a tsp in a cup ofmilk and drink it. Or you can add to juice or kefir or kombucha. I don't add to smoothie anymore bc they tend to get left behind on th nixing jar and are too expensive to waste. I put on cereal or salad too. Quinoa cereal with them is good too.
