how do you add your daily exercise to your diary everyday?

    click on the exercise tab and find the exercise and enter in how long you did it.

    if you eat back calories, be careful. mfp estimates are HIGH estimates, so you likely didn't burn as many as it says. i halve pretty much everything.

    Doesn't let me! Just has my iPhone steps. Doesn't give option to log anything. Maybe I have to upgrade app?

    I don't use iOS or the latest Android app, but have you tried this...
    In our latest iOS and Android Apps
    •Tap the large blue "+" button, then tap "Exercise"

    If you click on the blue plus sign at the bottom it should bring up some items to choose like water, food, exercise and such... Hopefully that helps.
