5'7/5'8 gals, maintenance cals?

I'm nearly to goal and I'm experimenting with cals. I'd love to hear what ya'll are doing.
I'm listed as sedentary (desk job) and am running abut six miles per week.

I'm 5'9.5" and my maintenance calories (when I don't exercise) are about 2300. If I go to the gym or run, which I do 5x/wk, then I eat between 2700-3000, depending on how much I burn. That's what my dietician has me do anyway. I've always had a good metabolism, though, and a high % of muscle and lower % of fat so my body needs a good amount.0

I'm 5'7.5" and starting to maintain at 128. MFP sets me at 1610 as sedentary. I exercise 6-7 hours a week plus bike most places and will eat back most of my exercise calories, so I think I'll mostly be at around 2100 net a day.0

5'8, 160lb
Sedentary job but I try to walk around 8-10k steps when I'm not working out. Work out 3 times a week, once with a PT for an hour after 15 min warm up and twice for about 45 mins alone
My TDEE is around 23000 -
I'm just a hair under 5 foot 8 and between 150-153 on most days. My maintenance is about 1800-2000 a day. I am inching that number up as I become more and more active though thanks to fitbit encouraging me to take more steps!0

5'9" and 154lbs. Bulking at the moment on 3000 and maintenance is around 2500 as I weightlift 5 times per week.0

5'7 55kilos or 121 pounds. Maintaining around 1800 cals. MFP set to sedentery, excercising daily. (Only for around 20 mins some weights and calisthenics) and the occasional walk. Have been maintaining weight for just a few months. Have been gradually eating back some excercise cals to eventually seeing how much i can eat back before weight gain.

5'7", 165, maintenance calories 2200, I lift 5 days, Wednesday's I take a spin class, Saturday, 30 minutes of any cardio. I found out if I do anymore cardio. I start to lose weight.0

I'm on maintenance of 1980 according to MFP (I'm on my feet all day at work) and it seems to be spot on as my weight hasn't changed for 3 weeks. I eat back about half of the calories I burn form exercise and that seems to do it.

5'8", 128 here. I estimate my average daily calorie intake to be about 1600, maybe 1700. Been maintaining for many months now with no real weight fluctuation.
I'm fairly sedentary, though, and unmuscular. My only exercise is walking a mile or two every 2-3 days, which only burns about 100 calories at my weight. I don't eat them back.
But then again, I don't really track anymore, I just eyeball my food, and some days I eat more than others. So my estimate is extremely rough.0 -
5'7", 123 lbs +/- 2. I'm maintaining at about 1900 calories per day, have a sedentary job, and my only exercise is walking, averaging 11,000-12,000 steps per day.0

5'8" maintaining between 127 and 132 since summer of 2013... calories before exercise seem to be averaging 1500..I wear a fitness monitor (nike fuel band till it died,now an apple watch) and try to hit 7000 steps a day and stand 5 to 15 minutes per hour I am awake. I also do 15-45 minutes of barre 3 a day.0

I'm 5"7 and fluctuate between 123 to 125. I've been eating around 1800 to 2200 calories a day and exercise about 3 to 4 times of a week with a mix of cardio and light body weight toning.0

I am 5 ft 7 150lbs...I have a desk job and average 8k steps without exercise...
Winter maintenance is 2k
Summer maintenance is 2300-2500 depending on how much cardio I do...lately...a lot.0 -
5'8" and maintain around 135/140lbs (41 yrs old). I consume around 2200 calories a day and exercise about 5 days a week with with a mix of cardio and weights for around 45 minutes to an hour.0

5'7. Maintaining at 137 lbs for three months. Lightly active.
Between 1400-1700 cals a day is my goal.0
