I was looking for advice really and to see if anyone else is in the same boat. I've upped my exercise and watching my calories, it seems to be coming off as I'm losing cm which I'm happy about but not when I get on the scales. I just get really disheartned, especially when people say " wooww how much have you lost,?" And it's only 6,lbs this year when I'm aiming for over a stone.
It's helped as I sorted out my clothes and now have a clothes of "big clothes".
Anyone help advice, tips or support?

Stay off the scale. If you wore a size 2, but weighed 200 lbs, would it really matter? People are noticing, so that means whatever you're doing is working. Don't be disheartened, just find a different tool to measure success.

Muscle weighs more than fat. You are most likely losing fat weight and gaining muscle and toning your body down. That's the reason your losing cm and dropping sizes. Keep strength training, moving and calorie maintaining. The plateau will drop again eventually. Rejoice!!! Keep it up. Readjust to your new normal.

Thank you everyone. I'm so glad I did do the measurements and took everyone's advice if not I think I would of given up.
