Hi guys,
I'm new to My Fitness Pal and noticed that the only unit you can record water intake is in 'cups' does anyone know how many ml's that is? I've drank 3 pints of water today and not sure how to record it. Thanks.

A cup is 250ml unless you're talking about a US cup, which is approximately 238ml. That level of precision hardly matters here though.0

There's 2 cups in one pint. One pint is 473mL. For 3 pints, that's 1419.5mL. You should be able to find conversion cheat sheets online too.0

236.588 ml in one cuP.
In the US, a "cup" is a unit of measure equalling 8 oz.
A tip in case you need conversions, you can use Google to find out quickly. I Googled "One cup in mL" to get the above.0 -
You know there's that internet thing right? The one where you type your question and it gives you the answer?
https://www.google.com/search?q=how+many+ml+in+1+cup&oq=how+many+ml+in+1+cup0 -

Don't give her such a hard time. It's good to talk and ask questions. Would make mfp boring if we just looked it all up online. Think of it like mystery hour.0

And then of course us poor Brits get confused because over here there are 20 fl oz/pint (568ml). Argh!
