Im so sorry to hear so many of you had crappy weekends. Personally, my weekend wasn't so bad, was babysitting my bosses kids and we went to the beach. They are 10 and 12 years old, so I was able to sit on the towel and read. That was fun, but I burned to a crisp! Then, Sunday I was able to just loung around the house and do nothing (granted I had housework to do -- but decided to neglect it instead! tehe)

I hope everyone's day turns around.

    Hello ladies!!!! I'm back!!

Cathy...thank you for moving my up on the list!

AFM: Had a wonderful vacation. Ate WAY too much. No exercise. Lots of rain and cold weather while I was there, but it was still great! Got to spend some time with my Grandma! Scared for weigh-in tomorrow...seriously think I'm at least 5 pounds heavier than 2 weeks ago. Oh well...back to business!

    Plan today:
    Food--
B-Honey kix, skim milk, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
    S-Banana, cereal bar
L-Mixed green salad, baby tomatos, cucumber, spritzer dressing, light yogurt
    S-Apple
D-Tilapia with veggies and brown rice
    S-FF frozen yogurt

    Exercise--
    JM Ripped in 30-day 1-level 1 (I can't wait to start!!)
Maybe a run. Want to get my pots filled with flowers so I'll have to see how much time I have.

    Have a FABULOUS day gals!

Just finished Day 1 of JM 30 DS Level 1 for the first time in a while. This is what finally did it for me a couple years ago and got my but in gear and got me actually losing (while eating right of course) so here we go again!!! Stinking exhausted right now though! bah!

For you other ladies who do JM, and I may have asked this before, do you wear a monitor to track cals or do you just estimate?

Good eating today too!! I remembered my snacks so i didn't pig out at lunch! yippee!!!

I also picked up the book Made to Crave also. It isn't exactly a diet book but its written by a Christian author and discusses replacing our cravings for certain foods with a craving for a closer relationship with God. Now I don't want to push anything, but if you're interested in the concept and want to know more, either message me or check the book out on Amazon.

Why all of a sudden the new bolt of energy and determination? Well, in about a month i have a "friend" visiting for a weekend and since hopefully some pool time will be involved i need to be ready! And yes Cathy - "friend" is in quotes because it just might be a boy but but I"m not going to jinx it by talking about it yet!!!!
