Cardio??

I want to lose weight but last year when I ran the treadmill for cardio my boobs shrank before anything else and I don't want to lose my butt either just lose abdominal fat love handles and back fat. Any suggestions???

    This. Eat at the deficit MFP gives you, do some cardio if you want. Cardio alone had nothing to do with your breast size decreasing.

    This. Eat at the deficit MFP gives you to lose fat. You can't control where it comes off. Do cardio if you want, for health and to eat more, or not. Cardio alone had nothing to do with your breast size decreasing. You were in a caloric deficit and that's where the fat came off first. It is the same for me.

    What kind of workouts do you all do. I'm completely new to this never really worked out At the gym just played sports and tried the gym last year mostly cardio and it seemed my stomach wasn't shrinking just my breast. Was I doing something wrong??

    You weren't doing anything wrong, you just didn't keep it up. You started losing weight and it came from your upper body first, that's common for some people.

    Fat loss comes from a calorie deficit-eating less than you burn. You don't create this deficit with exercise alone (at least you shouldn't, it's difficult), that's why we use this app to count our calories. If you eat the amount of calories MFP gives you, you will lose weight, if you add exercise you can eat a little more-and still lose weight.

    Personally, I do not do cardio. I did a little bit while I was losing, maybe 2 hours per week tops. Then it dwindled to none, basically. I lifted heavy weights all throughout my weight loss though.

    You're welcome. Are you all set up with the calories MFP gave you? How much are you trying to lose?

    I'm trying to lose 35 pounds im limited to 1360 calories daily today was a good first day
