    I'm gonna keep up the stairs fit a bit, just cause I love quick burns. Looking forward to doing the squats, as I'm on week 2 of the 100 pushup challenge and week 3 of the 200 sit up challenge.

    Glad I joined this, especially for days like tomorrow, when I will need to do SOMETHING---have a long drive to go see my daughter's specialist (just for a check up), and wont get as much cardio in.....at least I CAN do this.
