Thank you. A lot of hard wirk went into this but it was so worth it! Cost me a fortune in a new wardrobe though...lol. The secret for me was eating healthy. Whole foods, nothing processed. Prep..prep...prep... Every Saturday I cook for the week. 80% of my workout is in the kotchen. I also combine weight lifting with cardio five tonsix days a week. Very grateful for a second chance on life. No more medication and love going to the town pool now. If you check out the gym website, I am on it under the section "About". Thank you. It took 10 months. Changed my diet. Work out at a local gym 5 days a week. Very simple but commitment is required. Can't wait to turn fifty! lol0

Some suggestions as well: 1) Get a Nutribullet. I use it every day! 2) Eat only healthy foods. No processed stuff. Lots of fruit & veggies. 3) Join a gym. I live in the Buffalo area. My gym is outstanding. If you live in the area, I can tell you more about it. 4) A great book that helped me was "The Daniel Plan" by Rick Warren. Taught me how to eat, exercise and take care of myself. Hope this helps.0
