Lately I am always hungry. Literally always.
What can I do to stop this feeling without eating? Does somebody have any tricks or something? :)

Reevaluate your calorie goal, the deficit might be too aggressive if you're always hungry.

the last three days you've logged 300 calories aday. You need to eat way more! Unless you were inaccurately logging. Your body is trying to tell you something. Her diary is open for those who want to take a peek.

We can't help you if you don't give us the needed info-

    your age/height
    current weight/goal weight
current calories consumed/what your calorie deficit is
how accurately are you logging/are you using a food scale

If you're only eating 300 calories per day and you feel hungry, that is your body telling you that you need to eat. You need at least another 900 calories.

Probably because people called her out on only logging 300 calories. She closed her diary soon after.

Well, if others are correct, it's complicated because you're making it that way. You need to eat an amount that gives you the NUTRITION your body needs. Your body can be amazing, but not if you don't give it what it needs to function appropriately at even the most basic level.

It's not complicated. If you're eating only 300 cals/day, that's why you're hungry. Bump it up to 1000-1200 net.

OP you are hungry because you are consuming an insanely low amount of calories. Please make sure that you net at least 1200 calories per day.

    OR

seek immediate help as you may have an eating disorder....

Seek professional help for your eating disorder. You're hungry because you don't give your body any nutrients to survive off of.

If your profile picture is anything to go by, you don't need to be losing weight at all, so even 1200 calories is way too low.
