now that ive lost over 60pounds from 260pounds to 198pounds
today i walked into this clothing boutique i frequent (2times a week - i shop alot)
and the two grils say OMG YOUR SKINNY! and im laughed and im like yeah right
they both said ive lost more weight and im like where?
all my clothes fit the same and im still wearing a size 12
so that made me feel nice
well i get back home and im standing in the mirror trying to see it
cause i KNOW ive lost weight
but when i look in the mirror i still see me at 260pounds
so i stood there for a long time looking at my self
and for the first time in prob my whole life
i said wow i actually have a nice body
meaning
i didnt see FAT
i saw myself and i liked it for the first time
really i didnt instantly think omg ew fat i dont wanna look
i thought wow ive done well i actually LIKE what im seeing!
its nice to look in the mirror and not be replused my byself

Yes, that is most definitely a big deal...so congratulations! It really is a great feeling to have the light bulb come on and realize just how far you've come. I can definitely relate with you on that front.
