What do you define as healthy?

Food, depending on your goals being in a caloric deficit to lose weight, or a surplus to gain... or eat at your TDEE to maintain.

Depends on your definition of healthy but for me:

Having a diet that's balanced, attempting to hit my macro goals and stay within my calorie limits. I don't cut anything out of my diet, I just enjoy things in moderation.

Everyone's definition of healthy is different so you need to figure out what that really means to you. Some people are vegetarian because they don't think meat is healthy. Some eat only whole foods and avoid processed foods. But either way you go you should try to include the basic vitamins and nutrients that make a healthy body....especially since you are still young and growing. My opinion is that even when you go on a diet with restricted calories in an attempt to lose weight you should still provide your body with the proper nutrition by smart food choices. Bottom line is Calories in VS Calories out....but also make smart food choices based on the types of foods you like and maybe leaving out ones that don't contribute enough based on its calorie count.

Healthy foods are foods high in vitamins and minerals.
These sites give the top ten foods in each category.
I base most of my eating on these sites or nutrition data.

If you want some really basic information try: http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/what-should-you-eat/ or http://www.choosemyplate.gov/about.html

I think it makes more sense to think of it in terms of overall meals and not individual foods. You want a nice balance with protein, a good amount of veggies, and then can use the calories remaining to flesh out your plate with fruit or dairy or extra fats like nuts or avocado or staple starches (like potatoes or grains, etc.). As you probably can see, it's not as complicated as people try to make it--pretty similar to what common sense or what you learned in elementary school would indicate.

Include higher calorie treats in moderation and with an understanding of how many calories they are adding.

I once heard this and thought it an interesting concept for a healthy diet: focus your shopping on just the outer perimeter of the grocery store aisles--the meat department, produce section, and dairy. Use the food from those groups as a foundation for meals and grab a few things from the inner aisles as needed.

this is the way to go. also, if you like a particular junk food, see if there is a healthy version of it that you can make at home.

you add lean proteins, leafy greens, other veggies, lots of berries and some fruit and lots of water to your diet. less processed, more real.

What are your goals? What are your stats and exercise routine?

All diets can be healthy and all foods can be healthy in the context of a total diet.

It really depends on your goals and preferences. Personally, I find a high fiber mostly plant based diet plus lean meat and olive oil works best for me. I eat similar to the Mediterranean Diet, but my diet has a little more meat, I think.
