Tuesday Mini Challenge

OK today we are gonna do jumping jacks. I think everyone knows how to do them don't we? ![:wink: :wink:](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/wink.png)
Just do as many as you can throughout the day and I'm pretty sure you can log them as cardio especially if you get on a roll.

When I do jumping jacks in my workout DVDs I usually burn about 4-5 calories per 30 seconds, doing them fairly vigorously. They're great for getting you going before a workout
