OK today we are gonna do jumping jacks. I think everyone knows how to do them don't we?
Just do as many as you can throughout the day and I'm pretty sure you can log them as cardio especially if you get on a roll.

When I do jumping jacks in my workout DVDs I usually burn about 4-5 calories per 30 seconds, doing them fairly vigorously. They're great for getting you going before a workout )0
