    I weigh daily and log on Libra (an android app that measures weight trends) and then I log it once weekly on MFP

    I weigh myself and log it once week, always on Sunday morning if possible. I know many are into daily weighing, but my engineering/scientific background tells me that is a bit foolish. Like trying to measure the depth of the ocean during a major storm. But you've gotta do whatever you're comfortable with.

    Every day and I log it every day. It's comforting to see the fluctuations on my graph as when the scales go up, I know they will go down the next day. I guess it's my way of staying on track and not giving up over an increase.

    It was every Wednesday, but this week I switched to every day (I've weighed every day for over a year, but Trendweight requires me to enter the weight on Fitbit, which immediately sends it to MFP)

    I weigh once a week generally, twice at most. I log it if I lose ha.

    Use to be daily in the AM. But now, I just eat within my range and really don't care about a digital number.... just how much weight I can squat / dead.
