Hi!! I'm Cathy and I need to lose 120lbs

My knees hurt and I had hernia surgery and had complications from that and then I still ate and gained more weight and then I finally said enough.

I'm trying a combination of things.
A cross between the 21-Day Fix, the South Beach Diet, and Portion Control Plates, all to stay within the daily calorie count figured from MyFitnessPal.
I made a list of foods that I like to eat that will stay within these perimeters.

Yesterday 06-01-15 was my first day and I thought I would wake up famished this morning but I am fine.

364 days to go!! (Hopefully it won't take that long but that's okay if it does)

    my knees hurt too. Going for a MRI soon! I try to push through the pain if I can! Dr's orders due to a leg artery blood clot. I wish you the best!
