is eating to much rice good or bad? help trying to get six pack

I'm curious too know if consuming too much rice is good or bad.... My goal is to get a six pack... I herd rice is a no go ... Or does it not matter as long as I don't go over my calories ?? Help please thank you

It is ok. Weigh and log it raw if you are making it at home.0

Rice is a carb with most of the nutrients washed out. A six pack is all about low body fat. A low calorie diet will get you there. A low calorie diet high in protein will keep you from getting hungry or losing muscle.0

The nutrients that are in brown rice and not white are locked in the fiber part. They aren't available to humans since we can't break down the fiber.0
