Military Meal Plan - 3 days on and 4 days off

I have been following this for the past few weeks. Any one out there using this one... You can read about it by googling it. I like it because the meal plans are affordable, easy to find and satisfying. It would be neat to have a support group.

I'll admit, I just started it -- on Day #3. I've done it once before (don't think I got past week #2) and did lose some weight. How are you doing so far? I've lost 2 lbs--- I think. lol0

I just started today out if spite. I saw someone asked about it earlier and she was shamed. Geeez give a girl a break, if you want to try it go for it. No need to be made to feel stupid. Anyways, I started day one today and I feel great. Lots of veggies and protein and I feel like I accomplished something. It's a good feeling. FP says 1300 calories.
