Best Program for fat burn?

Friends right now I am doing H.I.V.T. I.e. High Intensity Volume Training (you can find it on body space/bodybuilding.com). Is there any other program best suites for fat loss?

High intensity anything is the best for fat loss as it keeps metabolism firing up to 48 hours after the session. but make sure you're working at 100% all of the time whilst doing it. You should be absolutely dying at the end of it. If you're not then you're not working hard enough.0

fasted cardio. If you're concerned about muscle loss, drink BCAA's whilst doing it.

I don't do cardio instead I workout with weight as 1hr cardio burns only 100-150 calories and muscle burns more calories. And yes drinking BCAA during workout, also taking glutamine n protein 110gm daily. @nicklaunch910
