I'm doing the HIIT 100 6 week workout program. It's kicking my *kitten* but it's definitely more stimulating and rewarding than doing something at a steady pace.

That sounds interesting. I am looking for my next killer workout. Looking to up the ante.
    Is this a DVD program?

    Nope, found it here:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/six-week-shred-torch-fat-with-hiit-100s.html

Plus the site gives you the videos on how to do the exercises if you don't know how. I also just finish the day with a short high intensity cardio as well. You should be able to customize it how you want. The basic premise is you figure out the highest weight you can lift, then half that, and lift said half doing 10 sets of 10 reps. It varies from exercise to exercise on what you do exactly, but check it out. I'm doing it so I can burn fat better, the harder workout keeps me burning calories longer after my workout.

Oh, I remember now. Some "friend" convinced me to deadlift 215x50. That one hurt.

    A leg day that included:

    100 squats with 185lbs
    100 leg presses with 350lbs
100 step ups (30 inch box) with with 75lbs
    100 walking lunges with 50lbs
    100 leg curls with 90lbs
100 stiff legged deadlifts with 80lbs
    100 body weight hamstring curls
200 seated calf raise with 50lbs

An hour and a half workout and I could barely walk for 2 days. Guy I did this with was crazy. I just wanted bigger legs.

Not superhard for the really fit guys, but it wasn't easy for me
Short workout that I kind of made up on the spot: 30 seconds workout/10 seconds rest
    Squats
    Pushups
    Lunges
    Core
    x15
Chose a different variation each time, no repetitions, no preplanning (like I said: it was a spontaneous idea).

    It Burns Joe Fitness.

It's a free fitness group here in Colorado and it's amazing. I can honestly say I have never been this strong in my entire life and it's all because of how hard the workouts are.

Any training session involving deadlifts. Also known as Saturdays to me.

Preach. For me, every lifting workout is a hard workout, because I push the limits of my strength every single time. It’s also the most fun.

My trainer had me do a leg day and described it as having "soul crushing volume". I cried during the session and again in my car.

That sounds *intense*. One day, when I’m strong enough, maybe I can take on something like that…

Hardest, and most useless workout ever: go for a brisk walk when the sun is at the highest at 44 degrees C (111F) in the shade, and no shade at all anywhere. After about 3km I was dead and had to walk more slowly for the last km home. I guess I burned about 120kcal, and I'm half dead and overheated. Phew... not the best idea. I should have waited for sunset and go for a run instead.

You definitely "burnt" more on that walk, not sure if it was calories though:)
