    Here's my 6-week comparison...
I'm 5'2. I lift 5 days a week and do about 90 minutes of HIIT cardio a week.
I eat about 80% of my TDEE.

    Awesome work!!!

I think I'm going to go back to a deficit just for these next 6 weeks to see where that puts me.

    Thanks for all the opinions!

I'm going to be honest, if the picture on the right is what you look like now then I think your original plan is the way to go, not a deficit.

That is me right now, but I am ~21.5% BF, and I know I can drop a few more pounds and hopefully lower that a little more.

I agree with MrM27. I look close to how you do right now and I am ready to start a recomp. I stopped eating at a deficit even though I have some body fat I would like to see disappear. I would rather see it slowly get firmer than look too skinny and unhealthy(IMO). I (and my hubby) prefer the toned & firm look to just being thin look.

TDEE is Total Daily Energy Expenditure. Check out this link! https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p1

Thanks for your kind words. :) 6 weeks ago I was embarrassed to even take photos and here I am posting them for the MFP world to see... aaahh! Flaws and all but I'm not hiding anymore.
